This console is for owners and admins. To start a new organization, write to support@sprag.io. An email registered as an owner or admin signs in here with an email code.
Members never sign in. They get the team invite token from an owner or admin, then run sprag team join <token> or set SPRAG_TEAM_TOKEN.
A seat is one machine active in the last 30 days, or one that paused uploads. Joins past the limit are refused until Sprag raises it. Sprag sets the plan and the limit.

Claude Code managed settings (whole organization)
On macOS, managed settings live at /Library/Application Support/ClaudeCode/managed-settings.json.
Members send one row per day: spend (Claude, Codex and, when a LiteLLM gateway is configured, the gateway's own daily figure for the user), delegation cost, savings, delegation count, model-family share, spend per model family, a pseudonymous gateway user hash, sprag version. No prompts, transcripts, paths or project names unless prompt capture is on.
