Refund Policy

Effective 2026-11-01

This policy covers the prepaid team plans of Sprag. The free CLI has nothing to refund.

Within 14 days of payment

If you ask within 14 days of payment, we refund the full amount, whether or not you have used the service.

After 14 days, we refund every month of the term that has not started yet. The month in progress is not refunded.

If you reduce the number of seats during the term, the difference is not refunded. The new number applies from your next order.

Email sales@sprag.io with your organization name and payment details.
We process the request within 3 business days and refund to the payment method you used. Depending on the card issuer or bank, it can take a few more days to show up.
If you paid through Paddle, Paddle processes the refund. You can also ask for it at paddle.net.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to withdraw from a contract under the law. See also the Terms of Service.
