How are seats counted?
One seat is one machine that was active in the last 30 days or is paused with the upload switch. A person's second machine can be merged into the same seat, and joins past the limit are refused.
Is anything uploaded by default?
No. Free sends nothing and never needs an account. On Pro, a machine sends one aggregate row per day plus its OS name, version and architecture, never prompts, paths or hostnames. sprag team status --show-payload prints exactly what is sent.
Who consents in a company rollout?
For an organization deployment, the organization's decision counts as the consent. Members can still see what is sent with sprag team status. SPRAG_NO_TEAM_SYNC=1 stops usage uploads, though the seat stays until an admin removes it, and sprag team leave wins over the env var.
Who decides on prompt capture?
Only an organization owner or admin, and only on Enterprise. It is off by default, and the policy is visible to every member. Capture starts the moment it is turned on, with no history before it.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Plans are prepaid for a fixed number of months, so a move between Pro and Enterprise applies from your next order. Refunds follow the refund policy. The free CLI keeps working as before either way.
Where is the data stored?
In Supabase, in the ap-northeast-2 (Seoul) region.
How do I add seats?
Write to sales@sprag.io with your organization name and the number of seats you need. You will get an order link for the extra seats, priced for the remaining term.
